I Think It's Time

We've enjoyed the Fall, we've indulged in a lot of pumpkin treats, we made our annual visit to the pumpkin patch, and we walked a handful of pumpkin princesses around the neighborhood last night...

(seriously...those skirts...worth every penny)

But I think, and I've told you before, that November 1st should be the official start of the real holiday season. Am I right? Good.

I'm reeeealy itching to get out my Christmas gear, I wait all year for it! So get out the wreaths, put up the lights, order me a Tall Peppermint Mocha, and break out the music...I just can't wait any longer :)!

C'mon, I'm not the only one who wants to decorate early, right???

I'll join you!! I love, love, love Christmas! We've already watched Arthur's Perfect Christmas an obscene amount of times. ;-)

If coffee didn't send my running for the toilet (dang this nausea during eggnog latte season!!) I'd be indulging in those as well!

And the coffee filter snowflakes? All time favorite in my house.

YAY for the holidays!!!

I won't do Christmas yet, I will do thanksgiving, putting out leaves and fall colors with pilgrims and other assorted fall decorations. My opinion is that thanksgiving gets 'sidetracked' or discounted when it is a truth lesson for us all to be thankful, grateful and full of praise.

Me too, me too!!! I love Christmas and can't wait to get going on it. We are starting slowly though- adding music first, art projects next, and then I get out all of the GEAR! Whoo Hoo! I love the Fall and Holiday Season!!!!

i wouldleave my decorations up and listen to christmas music ALL YEAR if i could :) but then again that is what makes it all the more special and exciting, it only happens once a year :)

Oh yea!

Had my first peppermint mocha this week. :)

We've done some redecorating and I am so excited. In my living room, I have 2 new 5' bookshelves. In my dining room I have a new hutch. Guess what that means? More flat surfaces to FILL up with Christmas decorations. Oh yea!!!

Last year, we hardly decorated for the holidays, as I was gone 2 weeks in Nov. and 2 weeks in December (returning right before Christmas). We didn't even have a tree. So sad. Which makes me even MORE excited to decorate this year.

:) :) :)

Normally I'm a strict, No Christmas before Thanksgiving kind of girl, but this year, I've been feeling it early. I've already busted out the Christmas music and the decorations are next :)
