I Love Surprises

Well, you all were right, yesterday was a new day - and today is yet another one. Good thing God's mercies are new everyday, huh? Thanks so much for your encouragement, I sooo appreciate it.

I did get a very nice surprise yesterday...

A move in date!!

I know, it doesn't sound that exciting, but believe me, it is. In 8 days we will move into that home we've been working on since March 4th. Our insanely outdated house will be finished. I will post before and after pictures as soon as I have all the after ones :). All the floors are starting to go in - in the next few days, but tell me...

I should keep this rockin' carpet that's already in the basement, right??

I know - Don't rush to your nearest carpet store to try and find it :).

Happy Thursday, all!

Oh yea! So glad you have a DaTe to get IN your new home! It is in sight =o)

Wow, that carpet...reminiscient of the flooring and wallpaper that were in our bathroom when we moved in. Can you say 'brady bunch era'. Yeah....oh, and glitter....wow...

WOW, that is amazing carpet....full of personality. When we moved in to our house the carpet was mustard yellow with mystery stains....lasted but a day. :)

I'm so glad there is a light - a bright shiny light - at the end of the tunnel you've been traveling.
