  1. You are SO not the only one. Laundry is my evil foe.

  2. I am SOOO behind on laundry. I have been what you would consider your blog stalker for some time now, I think it is time to introduce myself. My name is Stephanie and I really enjoy reading your blog and laughing with you (or at you..JK) as you share the real honest truth about what its like to have many kids. Thanks!!!

  4. No, not alone.... it's just a never ending mountain isn't it? If your not washing it, you're hanging it, collecting it, folding it, putting it away or shaking your head at it xo

  5. You are not the only one. I was 10 load behind last week. Thankfully hubby helped me get caught up.

  6. At least yours in in baskets. Ours just piles and piles and piles and piles up in the overflowing hampers.

Then the clean laundry gets piled on the love-seat, begging me to fold it. I shut it up with chocolate and blogs. ;)

  7. sometimes I let 3-4 months of laundry pile up in the laundry room, it's all cleaned and washed and we just live out of the clean pile... no folding, no putting away... I've done it as long as 6 months one time when I was pregnant with the girls :( yikes, that was quite the confession!

Laundry is the hardest thing for me, I have to remember to wash everyday and fold immediately and then put away, or I could live from a pile for a long time! :) I finally just caught up!

  8. Ok, I'm going to make you feel bad-but I have to admit this picture makes me feel MUCH better! There's only 2 of us and I have over 2 baskets full of clothes to wash :( And since they took me out of work last week I have absolutely NO excuse as to why the laundry hasn't been done. In fact, I really can't even tell you WHAT I got accomplished last week except going to the movies twice with my hubby :)

So no...you aren't the only one that behind :)

  9. It would be hard to keep it up, what about a schedule? like do the babies every day, the two little girls the next day, the other two the next day etc until you are at yours then start over. The big girls can help you fold and put away. I don't know there is no easy answer, kind of like the dishes.

  10. Honey, with that many children, I am surprised you are not MORE behind. That doesn't look too shabby, but I could see how it could quickly get out of control.

  11. You are not the only one! I have 8 kids--thank goodness for large capacity machines or I'd never see the light of day!

  12. Haha, I have 3 baskets upstairs that I still need to fold and put away. I need to get my kids involved in a folding party. Of course then it's not so much folded as smushed in the drawers. :D

  14. You're NOT the only one! And I don't use baskets, so my pile looks worse. It's a mountain! And what's really sad is I pile all the clean clothes on my papasan chair from Pier 1. So I never get to sit in that lovely chair...
