Friends...

partners in crime :).

They both love running towards the fountains, but only one likes to actually get in the fountains...


That child is like our very own Cindy Lou Who.

Ella has her last day of 1st grade today which means Summer is finally here!

Time to break out my cooler on wheels and head for the pool with my crew next week. I know, a cooler on wheels, I'm really cool. Before you know it I'll be sporting a visor and matching fanny pack.

(which btw, fanny packs were an ingenious idea that went out of style way to soon. I mean, how convenient is it to strap your purse around your waist!?)

(convenience over fashion, that's what I always say. Well, after I had 6 kids I started saying that.)

Annnnyway...

    umm, the fanny pack is coming back... I promise. I've seen it in various high end fashion collections. You should rock it!

    AWW! I love her facial expression in that picture with the water squirting up :)

    And just so you know-my cousin gave me a fanny pack when I was about 5 that had my name on it and I was THE COOLEST kid on the block. I wish life was that easy again :)

    I love your sweet blog! And I'm jealous of your 6 kids (I have 3). I love that you love your life. I have an Ella too (nickname for Elianna) who is 7 and her last day of 1st grade is Monday!

    Just thought I would say that you sound like a great mom (although I don't know you) , your kiddos are darling, and good for you for getting out and ENJOYING your children. We are hoping it will REALLY warm up soon and we can hit the water parks. Have fun with school out!!!

    Vera Bradley has a fanny pack!!! Even though I am 55,I not into fanny packs. As an avid garage saler,it sure would come in handy but I really wasn't going to run around with one. Well,until I saw one from Vera Bradley. Sad to say,I even paid the $35 for it. Desperate times call for desperate measures!
