Black Bean & Corn Salsa

It's exquisite.

Well, it's more like a party in a bowl.

Ingredients:

3 (15 ounce) cans of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (11 ounce) can of Mexican-Style corn, drained
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomato's w/ green chili peppers, partially drained
2 tomato's, diced. (I didn't use that much)
2 bunches of Green Onions, chopped
Cilantro leaves, add as much or as little as you want!

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix everything together. Add salt if desired. Chill in refrigerator for 8 hours, or as long as you can wait. Which isn't long in this house.

Sometimes I add extra corn or some hot sauce. I'm fearless, I know.

Thats it!

Enjoy!
