She Thinks Kroger Trumped The Pump.

Oh we had a relaxing weekend. You know, as relaxing as it gets around here :).

I love when Eric can be home. His job can get kind of demanding (as are the needs for our growing family), so he is gone a lot at work. But he was able to be home all weekend, which was so nice!

I had such a great time with my Ella Girl on Saturday morning. My, how she is growing. More on that later. But real quick. We were going through some stuff in the garage (we're still unpacking some things), when Ella spotted my Breast Pump...

Ella - Look, mommy! Remember when you had to use this to get milk for the babies??

Me - Oh yes, Ella - Mommy remembers.

Ella - You used this before you found out they sold the milk at Kroger - that is SO much easier than this thing!

Me - (hahaha) Well, it's not exactly the same, remember?

Ella - (blank stare)

Me - (oh we'll talk about the importance again later...at some point.)

I love the the way they see things - such innocence!

----------------------------------------------------------

I tried to get some new pics of the girls this weekend, but plan on taking them to my new favorite photo spot next week - can't wait!

Char was the only one who would sit still for me anyway this weekend. She is SUCH a sweet (but sassy) little lady.

Here is my 4 going on 14...

Cute, but oh SO dramatic!

So how was your weekend??

The milk thing...completely hilarious!
I love your beautiful pictures! Wish I could give you a million dollars to capture moments with my children. Alas, I have no millions and there's too many miles between us.
Hope you have a great week!
*Our weekend was spent at Grandpa and Grandma's house! FUN! FUN!

What a funny story. Sounds like you had a great weekend.

We played in the sprinkler on Saturday and went to the park on Sunday. It was a really nice weekend.

Hope you have a great week. :)

Can't wait to see the photos from your new favorite spot! I'm sure they will be as gorgeous as your pictures always prove to be!

oh LOL that is hilarious! I too had to pump (until I found out they sold milk ;) ) and I am finally on my way to being done with bfeeding.
I thought about buying a shirt that I saw at Target that said "Dairy Queen" - HA. In memory of the breastfeeding/ pumping days. HA!
I am sure after 5 little lovies you can appreciate that feeling as well :)

Hee, hee... Too cute about the milk! :) And believe me... I know ALL about sweet and SASSY here!! (and the drama lately, oh my...) It makes me wonder lately if this is why God has given me three boys in a row... to keep me sane with my girl! :)

Love your blog!! Where is your favorite spot to take pictures, if you don't mind me asking? I live in Cincy, but I have lots of family in Dayton. I'm still trying to learn how to use my SLR camera after a year and love finding new spots to take pictures!
