Jillian, We're In A Fight.

The alarm goes off this morning at 6:30am, I roll over, and it hits me.

Like a ton of bricks.

I did Jillian's new workout video yesterday. Let me just tell you what went through my head as I woke up...

Can't move legs! Muscles hurting!
Muscles in places muscles shouldn't be are hurting!
Pain! MUCH pain in the thighs!
Thighs actually feel on fire!
Fire in muscles in thighs!
Abs not working!
Can't sit up, Ab's rejecting movement!
Inferno feeling in all muscle areas!

So.

Don't worry, I'm ok. But could we jump a little less during the next workout? I mean, I will jump, but this whole knee to chest thing 1000 times in a row? Well, it's just downright painful.

Effective, I'm sure. But Painful.

I am hoping to be able to lift my legs high enough to get in the car so we can go to Target.

Be afraid of Jillian, my friends. Be very afraid.

UPDATE: I do have the Shred and love it (in a love/hate kind of way)! This new one I got is the "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism." Both are great!

HA! I definitely have a love/hate {more hate than love} relationship with Jillian.
The 30 Day Shred {is that what you are using?} is so intense. And so worth it. Oh Golly.
Now, I love it. It took a good week...but now I'm on level 2 {not brave enough for 3 yet}.

Yeah, which video did you do? The 30 day shred? I am going to get her video because I hear good things about it. I also am taking her supplements (Calorie Counter) and it really helps.

I was at Target yesterday.

Saw several frazzled mommies with shopping carts full of whiny and crying kids.

And ... I thought of you.

None of the kids, however, were as cute as yours.

Go you for working out!!! Wish I had that ambition. Love the little mohawk! Your little ladies are so darling! Hope the house is coming along quickly! Enjoy the nice warm weather...or atleast I hope you are getting some of it your way...wherever that may be :)

I have 30 day shred and now I'm even more afraid to use it. I've been walking right now with Leslie Sansone. I'm gearing up to Shred. Hope you can move soon.

I've been doing her 30-day Shred and I've never been so excited to get a phone call from my mom...right during the middle! Ooo--free breather! She's a killer! Hope you made it to Target! :)

You are FAR more disciplined than I am! I have not yet found the motivation to give up any sleep to workout!

I have been doing her No more trouble Zones..it is THE Most intense thing I have ever done! Its like 50 minutes of hell

in a wonderful, good, healthy, supposedly sculpting my body kind of way

This is awesome info.!! I have two of her videos (still shrink-wrapped) I've been wanting to try but after The Big Kathy Ireland Exercise Video Disappointment of 1994 I've been dubious about exercising at home with a DVD. Timely too -- all that blasted Easter candy!!!
